I'm 27, 5' 0", and 118 lbs. My highest was 133 (6 weeks after having my son) Since then I've lost all the baby weight (he was born in Jan of this year) but I'm working on the ten extra pounds I had before I got pregnant. At something of a plateau right now.

Anyone who'd like to add me is welcome!

I'm 5'2 and started off at 170, my before/after is my avatar. I'm currently 130 which was my original goal... contemplating another 5-10 pounds at the moment. I went from a 14/15 to a 6/8. Being short makes it really hard to carry weight, that's for sure.

Youre looking great! Congrats on your weight loss thus far! Im also 5'2 and currently weigh 133. These last 10-15 lbs do not want to budge!!

Hi all!! I'm 5'1.75" and I now weigh about 140. My highest weight was 173 pregnant with my kiddo and started MFP at 159. I love food!!! It is my downfall! I gave up sodas for the most part and am working on moderation eating. I am taking my time, my kiddo will be 2 next Monday, so I have taken a lot of time!! I want to be pre baby (136) by the time her birthday hits, I may or may not make it, my weight is from the last weigh in because I haven't weighed this week. My ultimate goal is 120, I don't think I look good under that weight. Good luck to you!!

    I'm 5'1
The higest I've weighed was 155-160 around highschool time, got a job and spent all my money on Taco Bell and Mc Donalds. LOL
Got down to 125lbs a couple of years later, on an awful diet that I was put on by my ex boyfriend. (Running 3 miles every day and eating less than 1000 a day)
After we broke up I got down to 115 lbs. It was kinda gross.

I've been up and down ever since. Fluctuating between 129-137 depending on what upcoming event is happening. (AKA my trip to Hawai'i and my wedding)

Right now I'm 137 and trying to get back down to 132:

I was very happy here. :)

I was gonna edit this to add my pictures when photobucket started working again, but I won't get me, so I guess I have to quote myself. :grumble:

    But here's my smallest 115:
This was after starving myself after a break up, which was after a year of too much cardio, not enough food. Low fat/High carb diet.

This was not my biggest, but the biggest photo I could find of me. Around 145 lbs.

This is just a stomach comparison (that seems to be an area we all want to see changes in.) I did this in 90 days by watching what I eat and working out. I do RI30 and DDP Yoga every other day and run 3 days a week.

I'm 5'1" and 24 years old. Right now I'm at 169 lbs but I don't have a really goal in mind of where I want to be so seeing some pictures might help me know where I need to get. I feel like its hard to judge people's weightloss because many people are taller than me and 169 looks very different on even a 5'5" girl so I'd like to see some ladies around my size please. Thank you so much.

I'm 5 ft even I weigh 150 have a goal to lose at least 25 lbs (gained it after turning 40 years old ...

Is it me, or does this look extremely unhealthy on the verge of looking anorexic??

It's just you!, she's 4'11 121lbs.....4'11 normal weight is 99lbs to 119lbs and she's shooting for 105 which is just about right.
She's not very curvy but doesnt seem unhealthy.

You are a whole 3' taller than her keep that in mind.

I'm 5'1" and starting weight was 130. This is stress/baby weight. A few years ago I dropped down to 112, and then after a recent divorce, put the weight back on. Now MGW is 115, which is my normal, pre-baby weight.

my goals are similar but looking at her photos she doesn't have enough weight to lose. she would be rather unhealthily thin at her goal weight given her body type. she looks like she's about 100 pounds in that photo.

I'm 5'2" and weigh 128lbs, was 185lbs when I started on here and before I joined I had lost 35lbs. Heaviest weight was 220lbs. It gets easier as you go. I struggled for a very long time and it finally came off.

I am 4'11.5 and I went from 130 lbs to 100 lbs. Sorry I don't have a before pic :( In a fit of self loathing I deleted them. But my waist measurement went from '28 to '23 and my hips went from '37 to '34. I know that all of you can do it!

I'm 5'2 and was at my heaviest early last year, I'd guess around 140-145. No pics - any I saw were swiftly deleted. I started eating really clean about 15 months ago, and am down to about 127. I'd like to get back to 117, which I think is the best weight for me. I just started MFP so I can watch my caloric intake and am just about to start level 2 of 30DS - hoping to hit my goal before xmas.

For anyone trying to figure out a goal weight, I think the place to start is looking at the healthy weight range for your height and pick a number at least a few below the top end... teetering right at the edge of being overweight again is kind of a stressful place to be.
depending on your frame you might go a little lower in the end, but it's a good starting goal. I've just started poking around on the boards here and while many of them have amazing progress it makes me a little sad when I see people with goal weights that are higher than healthy.
