I weigh every morning and just sort of keep track in my head of how I'm doing.

I weigh myself daily as it helps me keep myself accountable on a more consistent basis

I weigh myself weekly, every Saturday morning. I tried weighing myself daily for about a week and found it useless.

I weigh myself when I remember. Sometimes it's multiple times in a week, other times I can go two weeks without stepping on the scale. This is mostly because we moved our scale to our downstairs bathroom and I never go in there. When the scale was in our master bathroom, I would weigh myself almost every morning. No matter how many times I weigh myself, I usually only log once per week.

Weekly. I tried to weigh myself daily, but got discouraged by the constant fluctuation. I'm thinking about doing it bi-weekly now. Fridays are my weigh-in day. :)

I have stopped weighing myself. I can't take it anymore. I'll just try to stay eating as healthy as I can. Maybe I'll try to weigh myself again in a few months, but right now I'm too disappointed and angry.

Everyday. First thing I do when I get out of bed.

As others mentioned, I like seeing the fluctuation too.

Generally, every 4-6 weeks or so. Sometimes as often as every 3 weeks, or as much as every 8.

Weekly. Friday morning, pre-breakfast. That way if I have weekend plans, I don't have to worry about a Monday weigh-in. I get to be as good as I can be on the weekend (with seeing friends, not making my own meals, eating out, etc. weekends are the toughest), then I have the week to make up for any lost time before Friday morning. :)

Right now I weigh myself 2x per week, but just until I hit my first goal. I will back off to at most once per week.

I weight myself every morning, cause I like spreadsheets, and graphs. Doesn't bug me to much to go up a few pounds cause I know, from my graphs/spreadsheet its totally normal for me and it always goes back down. Usually with a loss added. :drinker:

Same. I'm a data analyst for a living and I can't seem to stop myself from messing about with all my data...

Once a week for me - I have fallen into daily weighing in the past but it's not for me, found myself obsessing a little too much. For some reason even when I ~know it's just natural fluctuation it's still a bit of a downer to see last weeks losses disappear one morning.

I weigh almost every day but I only "count" one weigh in a month. It's always the week after my cycle - and it's done at the gym with a trainer. She tests my bicep strength and measures my body fat and blood pressure, too.
