Count me in too. I need the support. I wasnt going for 100 pounds but if I did lose that Id still be in my "ideal" weight range. I really could do 80 at the least.

Hi! I just started Jiiians Shred-It with weights kettleball video. Has 2 30 min exercises and I was wondering how you log this in MFP?? So far I have been using Aerobics, general. But Im not sure that is the best way to log it. Any tips? Wish the videos were in the data base.

Well I dont know where you all shop but food around me is so high priced. We rarely eat meat because we dont want to spend the money , and we NEVER eat out. I wish! So far, this isnt working. (2 weeks) I havnt gianed or lost. I pretty pissed. I worked hard! Where is that huge initial wieght loss? You know, the one in step or phase 1? Im thinking of going below 1200 cal a day. What else can I do?

Hey, Im with you. I need to lose like 50 pounds and my family eats sweets and all kinds of stuff all the time. My husband is thin and eats icecream and anything he wants everyday. I need suport as well. I am trying and not losing. Getting ready to starve myself here soon.....

Sounds ok to me, Im always sooo sore after doing yardwork, I knwo that I was burning calories. Dont worry about it and keep on going. If you get on the scale now then it will only bum you out if you gained weight (you probably didnt) so just keep going!

Thanks for all the ideas everyone! Its so hard to get anything done with little ones ! I am actually going to try putting her in her high chair with kitchen gadgets that keep her busy, that way I can see her and she can see me (heaven forbid I leave the room) and I can feel free to move around. I cant seem to do anything but walking pushing a stroller. How in the heck am I suposed to get in a good workout? Naps are only an occasional thing and even so , she is such a light sleeper that I wake her up. Anyone have any ideas or tips to share? Thanks!

Thanks guys, I feel better knowing that Im not the only person who has trouble following the diet. Now I cant stop thinking that I have to make up for it with tons of exercise today, do you think thats nessesary? Im trying just to let it go but its really hard!

OMG I was bad. I had too many tacos and then , feeling liek what the hey, I had three cookies! AHHH. Im getting right back on the diet though, Im trying not to worry about it. Its hard to stay in the calorie range,ya know!

Is this just a fluctuation? Should I be happy? I followed my recomendations from the site very closely and the scale reflecks 1.5 pounds lost. Im confused, I want to be happy about it but I cant stop thinking that its water weight or something. What would cause me to lose that much water in one day? Thanks

I count the time when I am at work (waitress) . If I didnt I wouldnt be able to eat anything besides celery. Haha So go ahead and count it, its not going to hurt, you did walk around for an hour. Just log it as a leisurly pace. Thankts what I think
