Tomato Salad
I LOVE this salad!!! It is almost tomato season so I thought I would post. The longer it sits the better it gets.
Ingredients:
5 medium tomato, sliced in wedges
1/3 cup sliced onion
1-2 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar(I like white balsamic for this salad)
2 leaves fresh basil, shredded
salt & pepper
Feta cheese-any flavor (I like the tomato basil)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients(except feta cheese) and chill salad an hour before serving for best taste. Add feta cheese before serving.
Recipe makes 6 servings
