Congrats to you. I just started on June 18th, and I want to lose 115 pounds. I've lost 4 so far. I'm between 5'9 and 5'10. I want to get down to a size 6.

I don't believe in not drinking my calories. I like beverages. I drink my water, but I fit in beverages because I like them. Drinking *only* water is not something I want to do.

Calorie counting doesn't work for everyone. Calorie counting can make some people obsessive. It can make some people binge. That's what it does for me sometimes. Counting and obsessing over every little morsel you put in your mouth, denying yourself something you don't know the calories of, but then binging on it later…

I just started back MyFitnessPal and exercising, and while doing my exercise video, I wanted to stop it and sit down so bad (it's been about three months since I've exercised, and I'm out of shape), but I didn't. I pushed through.

Pizza, cupcakes, cake, butter pecan ice cream (or really any kind of ice cream that i like), big bags of chips, Cheeze It Party Mix.

I think people have to do what works best for them. For me, I can't skip breakfast, because if I do, the next meal goes straight through me. Sorry for the TMI. But even if it didn't, I do love eating breakfast.

People lose and gain back weight with MyFitnessPal and other diets too. That's not just a Weight Watchers thing.

It's comforting to know that other people eat the whole bag, box, or package of something sometimes. It's like you can't help it. You buy it with the intention of eating the serving size, but cravings take over, and it's gone.

I agree with everything you said, especially the drinking too much water part. Drinking too much can be detrimental to your heath.

Some bad news. Endurance-wise, I feel up for the challenge, but my knees are REALLY hurting from the jogging. I know I can get knee braces and get fitted for running shoes. (Getting fitted and getting new shoes won't happen for a while because I don't have the money). I want to continue, but I don't want to blow my knees…

I'm 5'10 and somewhere between 205 and 210. Size 16 is too big on me, super baggy. I can fit a size 14 in New York and Company, Old Navy, and Wal Mart. I want to get down to 190 or 180.

If I exercise a whole lot, it definitely makes me eat more, which is okay. But it also can lead to binging. I have had to cut down my exercise so I don't binge. It's not a lack of self-control for me. Lots of exercise makes me ravenous and binge-y.

I am happy with my body. I am happy that I have lost weight, but I do want to drop more pounds and sizes.

Thanks so much everyone! I wish I could log it, but i don't remember the quantities of some of it. lol It's the next day, and my stomach is kinda full from yesterday, so I don't even feel like eating breakfast.

I've had no children, but i have stretch marks. I have them on my upper arms, a few on my tummy on one side, my butt, my upper thighs all over, and my calves. I don't wear shorts and I don't wear bathing suits. As I lose weight, I feel more coming in. I don't even look at my legs because I can't stand seeing them there. I…
