End of July Goal Weight. 143
Whew! Bounced up 3 lbs (!!) after 4th of July holiday but I think mostly due to salt intake (different foods than normal). Wt. came down slowly after drinking lots & lots of water and really being careful. Think I may actually be lower than this Saturday weigh-in because I ran around a lot and the "exercise" calories were up. Really hoping to be in the 140s next week!

I'm in for July, albeit a bit late. We went on vacation from June 27-July 6 and I had no scale.
It's amazing how a bit of weight that takes weeks, or months to lose, comes screaming back in a few days. My Step-Mom cooks and cooks and cooks (we were staying with my Father and his wife)...how they don't weigh 500 lbs apiece is a mystery to me
I'll officially weigh in tomorrow, I'll only have 3 days' worth of weights on this week's average, but yeah, I gained. I think some was water as I'm down a bit today from yesterday, but overall I am still up, so I have to hunker down to get back on track.
Original starting weight: 243.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Average from June 19th to June 25th: 215.2 - That was the last week I weighed. I saw a daily low of 213.9 during that week, yeah that's long gone but it's where I'd like to get back to before the end of this month.
I'll post again tomorrow with the weigh of shame update!

good day everyone. I'm starting today. I weighed 236 pounds on July 5th. I don't like to set goals. seems the minute I set on I sabotage myself. I'll continue to work at this an take whatever I do. I will weigh again on the 12th.Good luck all

i'm happy with any loss but 1.5/week is what i set out for weigh in irregularly (2-3times a week i check )

MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Average from June 19th to June 25th: 215.2 - Last full week of weighing before vacation.
Average from June 26th - July 2nd (only 2 days weighed before vacation): 214.4
Now the bad news. Average from July 3rd - July 9th: 217.3. I only weighed the last 3 days, I returned home Thursday and resumed weighing on Friday.
I didn't weigh from June 28th to July 6th.
Net gain 2.9 lbs. The downside of a holiday away.
Daily weight today was 215.8 so I am moving in the right direction again.
