    Original starting weight - August 21st 2016: 75.5kg -166.1lbs
    July Starting weight - 53kg - 116.84lbs
    July goal: 50kg - 110lbs or really just not to go above 52kg am in maintenance, shame have already put 1kg on last week

    152cm tall.

    ..1st: 53kg / 116.84lb :neutral: got to be more mindful of what Im eating.
    ..8th: 54.2kg/119.24lb :neutral: Damn
    .15th:55.3kg/121.66lb :( def on the up this month.
    22nd:54.2kg/119.24lb :smile: hmm not too bad, at one point this week was up to 56.4kg
    .29th:53.3kg/117.26lb :smiley: ok on track to reach new goal- 50kg by Aug 21st :blush: 1yr Anniversary

    7/22 135. Enjoyed Cheesecake Factory with my buddy Friday night. Skipped cheesecake but had some Korean fried cauliflower that tasted just like chicken. It was darn delish and so worth it. Had some bread and butter and my entrée was pasta with shrimp. All delish. Can’t forget the ultimate margarita I had either.

    7/29 ***133.4*** yay. Shared a slice of Cheesecake this evening with my son. Last night we shared a piece of chocolate cake. Looks like I need to cut back on the sweets. Had a ribeye, fries, broccoli, and Caesar salad tonight for dinner

    Final weight was 275.4.which was only .4 oz less then I started on the 1st of july. I'm just finishing my cycle so I'm hoping that's the answer to the weight gain.because I've been loosing all month.

    Not the best week unfortunately. I've been bouncing around the high 160's lbs (76's kgs) all week, as my sister came home after a year of travelling, so I made lots of foods she had missed and also ate them, and my portion control hasn't been very good either.
    But still not far off my goal, and next month will just have to be better.

    I'm Pre-"T.O.M", which caused a +3 lb gain but I know that's just hormones...luckily, I weighed myself before the gain and so I know my true weight/weight-loss.

    SW for July: 217.0 lbs

    End of Month for July: 214.2 lbs (July 26th)....

    ups and downs, and towards the last day of July, +3 lb gain because it's almost that TOM (time of month). *Not cool*

    Overall, -2.8 lbs loss. Not the -5 lb loss, but I'm hopeful August will be kind to me (for once) :wink:

    Praise God! Ok, on to the next....

    BAAAAAH. I reached 186 3 weeks into the month but then a friend came to town and stayed with us for a couple of days. It threw off my schedule and while I still worked out the same amount, I ended up eating out more than normal. Then last weekend we had to go to the city we are moving to in a few months to look at apartments. This threw off my schedule even more and since we didn't have a kitchen we had to eat out the whole time. I tried to make healthy decisions but not being able to control the salt was definitely a thing. Long story short, so close but so far. I only lost 8 pounds this month. We're traveling this upcoming weekend to see my family, so going to make the rest of this week perfect and try to have a solid August.

    Starting weight (Jan 9, 2017): 264
    July 2017 starting weight: 196
    July 2017 goal weight: 185
    Ultimate goal: 140 (then reassess)

    July final weight: 188
    July pounds lost: 8 pounds
