    Hoping to lose 6-8 lbs. I'll be stepping on the scales almost every day because right now I need the daily motivation to get started properly, but I'll be logging it here twice a week.

    I'm in for July, albeit a bit late. We went on vacation from June 27-July 6 and I had no scale.

    It's amazing how a bit of weight that takes weeks, or months to lose, comes screaming back in a few days. My Step-Mom cooks and cooks and cooks (we were staying with my Father and his wife)...how they don't weigh 500 lbs apiece is a mystery to me :)

    I'll officially weigh in tomorrow, I'll only have 3 days' worth of weights on this week's average, but yeah, I gained. I think some was water as I'm down a bit today from yesterday, but overall I am still up, so I have to hunker down to get back on track.

    Original starting weight: 243.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Average from June 19th to June 25th: 215.2 - That was the last week I weighed. I saw a daily low of 213.9 during that week, yeah that's long gone but it's where I'd like to get back to before the end of this month.

    I'll post again tomorrow with the weigh of shame update! :)

    With all of your workouts and strength training, do you think it could be you're building muscle? Are you keeping track of your measurements?
