Do you eat cereal? You can use lactaid milk, it has calcium. I'm lactose intolerant so that's what I use...

I havent exercised much and have lost a little wait. But think of if I had done more I would have lost more weight. Plus is will make you so feel sooo much better.

I weigh myself every morning after bathroom and no clothes. When I see the numbers going down its a big positive! It helps to keep me motivated!! Maybe it's obsessive but oh well...:embarassed:

I have also been struggling! I am starting the 5 Day Slim by Leslie Sansone tomorrow morning. Maybe give one of her DVDs a try, they aren't too expensive. Sorry I can't be of more help, but you can do it!

I have old on VHS it's the 3 mile walk. I'm looking at buyinh another one in a DVD since thats what we have in our workout room! How long have you been doing it? And what one do you have?

The cruelty to animals is my main for the change. I just tried the vegan patties by Morning Star and it wasn't too bad. May take a little getting use to.

I met my husband 12 years ago from a dating thing in the paper called Introductions.
