I can't log in on the weekends.. so I need to add 14 miles to my total. I jogged 7.5 miles last night! woot!! group b

didn't get my usual joggin in yesterday.. but I ellipticalled 3 miles, biked 2 miles and took a karate class! it was fun! I'm in group b :)

I put them in my smooties, yogurt and such.. some put them on salads.. i dont know about that.. but worth a try.. I got mine at a local health food store.. keep them in the fridge..

I have the same thing. I was going great then stopped taking my meds.. dr just called me in a script cuz i'm super low again. It is soooo frustruating how slow the weight comes off. But how quickly it comes on. NO FAIR man! But we just have to be extra diligent and it does take a few weeks for the meds to kick in. I think…

That's amazing! good for you for doing that!! I'm a lil slow still.. I sprained my foot.. right after the jacked rib got better.. maybe I shouldn't be running.. lol.. nah.. as long as it doesn't hurt too bad, the dr says I'm good to go..

I have an app I use (which I seem to have forgotten about last month) but it's log your run.com I made a route from my city to somewhere in the middle of the desert lol.. but it's 100 miles.. I can use that I hope to track myself :)

any brand is good. just check the label. see which one has the most protein, the least calories..etc.. I am using EAS soy protein now.. I just blend it with fruit and ice.

I would love to join you. I am not training for anything yet, I am still pretty new to running. and still very slow lol I can do 5k's on the treadmill and do at least two a month on my own.. ran one with Weight watchers, non officially.. but not sure where to start finding places to run.. I still need to lose at least 30…

that's a good start. watch the calories in the premade shakes though.. try powder, you can still make it in smoothies. I do all the time. an hour before or after a workout is best. :)

I have lots of good recipes.. I am vegetarian too.. but relatively new to it.. I love protein shakes.. it is really hard to not eat a ton of carbs.. so that's what I am watching.. I am doing body for life.. so I have to have equal carbs and protein.. it is hard not eating meat.. but I make it work. I do love this…
