Cardio, cardio, and more cardio! I ride a stationary bike for 60 mins a day. I took me almost a year to work up to that, but it hasn't failed me yet!

Well this last week was actually a kind of disappointing week for me. I made some bad choices with what i ate and actually put on 2 pounds, but no biggie i need to work extra this week to take off those two pounds plus another like 2 or 3 pounds to get back on track for my goal. So this weeks weight is 273.5.

I have a 1am lunch too but because I usually bring like chicken and rice I put it in my lunch slot and then when I wake up at like 3pm I have breakfast. I was also wondering how other people wh worked nights logged food.

I am also finished with week one and its not as bad as i thought it would be. I know someone said you dont need to buy anything to do this program, but the app is so worth it.
