Here's the scoop... The challenge is to exercise for a total of 24 hours in the month of March! We have had a great group for the last two months! Just post here when you add time to your exercise!
EXAMPLE:
March 1: 60 Minutes Cardio
March 2: 30 Minutes Weight training
Total so far: 1 hour 30 Minutes
EXAMPLE:
