I am not going to be as detailed with my exercises because time doesn't always allow me to, but I am happy with tracking my minutes.
March 1: 1hr 5 minutes (includes cardio and walking)

2nd March: 40 minutes of Zumba, 30 minutes brisk walk to/from work
