    I am not going to be as detailed with my exercises because time doesn't always allow me to, but I am happy with tracking my minutes.

    March 1: 1hr 5 minutes (includes cardio and walking)
    March 2: 1 hr 35 minutes (includes cardio and walking)
  • 2nd March: 40 minutes of Zumba, 30 minutes brisk walk to/from work

    Total: 1h30m

    We keep track of this ourselves, but come back here and post on your own to keep yourself accoutable. No one will be doing a spreadsheet, etc...

    This is on your own, but not alone! Does that make sense? lol
