I bet you could use protein powder in place of or maybe mix with half of the flour mixture and get some serious protein cals in with these babies! YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM!!!!

I have several friends doing the Live Fit...they LOVE it! Cardio does come into play, just not right out of the gate. Their results look pretty darn good too. AND IT'S FREE! Can't beat personal training with that :) Give it a chance I guess is what I am rambling about... good luck!

I go after work as well and eat when I get home when my metabolism is running good...seems to work great for me!

Greek yogurt, string cheese, peanut butter...then of course your chicken and turkey...lots of options :smile: Google high protein foods too in your bored time..that may help as well...

mmm and mixed with almond milk makes them creamy and delish...and try adding a spoon of peanut butter for a super yummy treat!!
