  • walk on the treadmill at a 15 incline and about 3.2 pace.....for an HOUR...you will be amazed at how your legs start to change and your lovely lady lumps turn small round and perfect!

  • I weight pretty much everything I put into my mouth on a digital scale...no guessing and you are right..sometimes the label isn't always right :)

  • I am not sure what your work out is, but when I hit a point that annoys me... I restrict myself for 1 week walking on the treadmill at a 15 incline at a 3.2 pace for an hour.... the last 15 minutes I lower a level until I am finished...it seems to do the trick every time and the weight starts dropping again... Anyhow, good…
  • I go and there are several men in the class as well... It is AWESOME! It is also in the top 6 of the best exercises you can do...WAHOO!!!!
  • I measure myself and my friends. Yes a cloth sewing measuring tape. My trainer at the gym measures me as well. As far as where, that is personal opinion. There are 3 on here, but I also keep a seperate log book for more body parts. The weight may not change, but inches do...crazy, but true.

  • I have a Polar F6 and LOVE IT!! I am not keen on a bulk on my arm pretty much 24 hours a day.....or having to pay for it to do its job and sync to a computer....there is my opinion :)

  • I have been slicing up onions, peppers and zuccini along with 4 oz of boneless skinless chicken breast....put it in a pan with a little bit of your favorite suace or dressing...veggies first until somewhat soft then adding the chicken...very low cal, filling and amazingly delicious!
  • take your measurements too...you would be amazed at the inches you can lose without the weight reflecting it :)

  • Now that's funny....I don't care who ya are! We are all sweet, short to the point.....Well, I'm short...working on the sweet part :blushing:
  • I alternate between that one and the One a Day Energy...and I always take it after lunch. They both are great in my book. I highly recommend either of them :smile:
  • I would say the chicken sandwich and trail mix alone were about that...if the sandwich was dry and no cheese either... I would guess between 400-500....
  • I think you are fine. People have their "favs" and there is no problem with that. It was sweet of you to say that we're all ok on here tho.... I have a few personal "favs" and I haven't ran into anybody yet that has made me cranky...hm, kinda strange on that one:noway: Anyhow, I hope you find the answer you're looking…

  • Actually, I was going to say that I love your ticker! That is awesome....My name only has 1 n but I think it rocks. Anyhow, I just wanted to share that. As for motivation, go back to baby steps. Do 5 pound increments then you won't feel so overwhelmed...that's how I got past my hump. Then the scale moves and it gets you…
  • I have 3...Demon, Mouse Mouse, and Newbie. I have also had Tuffy, Homeless AKA 7 Toes, Sassy, Danitra, Buddy, Caymen, Patrick (from Spongebob) and Patches. My little brother says call him Peeve. So when others ask you can simply say...Here is my pet Peeve :laugh: :sad:
  • stand in the bathroom with the door and window shut adn turn on the hot water in the sink and tub...make believe...I D K...sounded good...ok, it would take a lot of water to steam up the bathroom...unless it is as small as mine :laugh:
  • The trail mix is healthier for you even tho it was higher calories....you made the right choice :smile:
