boogers...yummy, low on calories, but high in sodium

I'd have to say boogers. They look delicious, but were too salty for my taste. And the wee hairs...unappealing!

Why do you come on this site to be mean? Folks here need support, not fear of YOUR judgement!
-
I was directing my "Mr. Ed" comment to Supertact. He was mean to the woman asking for advice. No need. I am sick of people reachong out on this "support forum" and getting slammed! Sorry if it wasn't in the right place. I am new to this stuff.

Feel good about yourself, Meanie? Were you bullied in school? Get lost!

Call them on their smug selves! Do they wear leather? Carry leather purses? I am a vegetarian, but am happy when people eat the meat which came off of my shoes!!!

Mine was thyroid. Check out symptom list on internet for hypothyroidism. The doctor can choose to treat the symptoms and see if this helps. The numbers themself can be tricky...

I am a mountain biker and back packer and a vegetarian and I cannot stand water! I try so hard to drink even a glass a day, but it makes me feel sick. I RARELY feel thirsty, even on long, hot adventures. My friend calls me "the camel." I am now 56 years old. When will this lack of water start hurting me???

I have to throw tempting food in the trash and then "soil it" or I will dig it out for one more bite! A clump of hair from my boyfrined's brush usually does the trick!

oh yeah, I forgot. I also put a spoon of coconut oil in my regular oatmeal. You can get it at Whole Foods or Trader Joes. It is so good for you and your metabolism. Skin too.

look on line for "amish" or baked oatmeal recipes. I cut the brown sugar and butter (or oil) to a minimum. I make a big batch once a week and re-heat it in the micro. I switch up the add-ins...nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, coconut, etc. SOOOOOO good!

*peanut butter on toast or apples, pears or bananas *string cheese and fruit *hard boiled egg and toast *smoothie (prepared) *V-8 juice and cheese *amish baked oatmeal (made lower calorie by cutting sugar and butter to a minimum) see recipes on line. I cook a batch on *Sunday night and micro it. (Like a big warm, not too…

I just made this soup but added a mess of swiss chard and several tablespoons of prepared pesto sauce. I like to use pureed kidney beans as a base...thickens and sweetens the soup, adds protein and very few calories. For my partner, I keep some boiled pasta on the side to make it an official minestroni. It freezes well!!!!!
