    I started 2012 with the goal of losing 50lbs. I hit that mark yesterday!!
    I had a hard time finding a before picture since I would avoid the camera like the plague. I have attempted to recreate my before so I can share the changes!!

    Oh, no secret. I log everything I eat, make better food choices, and work out regularly. I added workouts that have competition (like basketball) to keep me motivated. I rarely cheat, but Im built that way.

    WOW 50 lbs just since 2012 started? I'm only down about half of that so I guess damn men really do lose faster :P Congrats, that's fantastic!

    I'm glad I found your story, I had 50lb to loose, I'm nearly half way there and wanted to see what 50lb loss goal looked like. You were one sexy fella before but now! WOW!

    Thanks for sharing, I don't think I realized what a fantastic difference 50lb makes. I'm so motivated to get rid of my last 30lb now, I want the same as you. REALLY WELL DONE!
