Not losing weight

I've been dieting for a while now. I'm actually not too sure how long. A couple months. I weigh 182lbs the last time I checked. And I am 5'2. I run about a mile every other day, or I do some sort of cardio activity. I also eat approximately 1,250 calories or less a day. Because it's a habit. But I haven't been losing any weight. I haven't weighed in for like a week, but in kind of nervous to see the scale to up. I mean who isn't. Anyways, can someone help me? Tell me what more I should do to lose weight? I've been trying off and on for about 3 years (only about 1.5years total) but haven't really seen the scale budge. In fact I think I got so frustrated previously I saw the scale go up...

The links above are a good starting point. If you're already logging your food here, then opening your diary might help us to see what's going on. If you aren't, then that might be some useful to help you get better information to use while adjusting your routine.0

I would put my bet on you are not accurately logging your calorie intake.0 -
Agree with previous posters. I had the same issue and once I started weighing my food I realized I was wayyyy under estimating what I was eating. It was pretty bad actually.0

Would have to agree with the above. You should get a food scale.0

Eat less and/or move more.
Maybe check in with your doctor, if you haven't done that yet. Everyone should do that when beginning their journey.0
