I am allergic to oranges. They make me break out with itchy bumps. I guess it's the citrus. I'm probably allergic to grapefruit too, but I don't like it. I still eat oranges, just not everyday.

I'm 59 and I would like to lose at least 20. Everyday is a new beginning, don't beat yourself up & just try to go for more walks! Good luck to ya!

All chocolate or just some kinds? I can drizzle chocolate syrup on my coffee, but don't bring M&M's into the house because I will eat them all.

I know how you feel! It's a struggle when you get older. But like SoulSister said, lower your calorie intake and go for walks. I just got a new puppy so we walk alot (I'm always trying to tire him out). Just keep at it it's slow going, but it will happen.

You're not in starvation mode, eating 1,000 per day you will lose weight. That ramon stuff is full of salt, you are retaining water. Eat cleaner and drink more water and the numbers will catch up to ya! Good luck!!

I eat the whole egg, if just eating eggs. If I'm making a white cake and have to seperate, I give the yolk to my dogs.

It happens to me all the time. I just go along with the ride. I have low blood pressure and crave salty things. I've been getting these dizzy spells all my life, if your doctor isn't concerned, it's probably just your "Normal".

MFP will give you more calories to eat according to your age and activity level. If you are finding you can't eat the calories you are given try adding a handful of nuts or add an avacado to your salad _ still heathy options but high calorie. Good luck!

I like when I eat 900 cal for the day because I know I'm gonna eat 2000 the next day & MFP tells me "You're not eating enough calories" Hello, I'm still chubby - not starving...I go by weekly average.

Don't eat back you exercise calories. Calories burned are a guestimate. Unless you are working out 8 hours a day (then of course you would have to eat more).

When I worked at McDonald's the ketchup on the burgers are calibrated so is the hotcake batter. Everything is made the same everytime. I trust it, but don't eat it anymore.

I was thinking...What's a quest bar? Then I checked the website and I bought these before and ate one and that was it. I thought they were gross, my husband ate the rest because he didn't want them to go to waste but he didn't like them either. I like Luna bars.
