Keep at it. I have the same problem as you. I used to exercise a lot and lost 20 pounds but then hurt myself and 15 are back. But I stay on here, I do walk my dogs a lot. Good luck to ya!

Does the diet include military fitness routine? My son's in the Army and he eats whatever he wants. Doesn't drink much anymore and runs 5 miles a day + lifts weights and a regulary workout

Well I don't even know what some of that is, but when there's a will - there's a way. You can do anything you put your mind to, but sometimes some people need to rest for a minute and there's nothing wrong with that. Your faith will carry you through!
