Trying again~~

Hello, I'm between Weight watchers and My fitness Pal not sure which it the best for me.. I have a problem that it seems each time I eat a little wrong, I gain a pound or two and then have to backtrack and loose it before the pounds will budge again... I've been more than frustrated about it, but my body just uses every bite and won't let go... I've been tracking everything now for 5 months and only have lost 4 pounds give and take the up and down pounds... I'm discouraged but not giving up.. I don't exercise except walking through Costco or something behind a cart as I've had back surgery and can't go like I used to. Anyway getting out of my chair is my problem, and that's probably why the pounds don't go....

    Keep at it. I have the same problem as you. I used to exercise a lot and lost 20 pounds but then hurt myself and 15 are back. But I stay on here, I do walk my dogs a lot. Good luck to ya!
