I'm sorry I'm finding it really hard motivation wise as well as lack of time, damn it. Just so bored of level one I can't bring myself to do it. Just did my seventh day today! Way too many days off :( What to do?

I'm on day six of level one so not that far. Day two and three killed me! I've taken before pics and measurements and going to be measuring at the end of each level.

Jumping jacks were fine for me, it's the lunges which killed me! And yeah the jump rope. But now I've completed day four (had a day off as really busy). And finding it easier. Day two and arggghh, so hard to keep going with sore muscles. I did it, but had to have a few breaks, no more than five seconds. I absolutely hate yoghurt, people think I'm weird for some of the foods I hate...like caramel, mixing fruit and dairy together (fruit milkshakes, icecreams etc, though fresh fruit and cream is fine imo) and mayonaise.

Me and my partner are like this. I find that if he wants to eat out for lunch or whatever, I'll take the healthier choices. So far this is working. He knows I'm doing this and is supporting me 100%. I'm very lucky he's being supportive, even to the point of hearing me talk about how many calories is in my servings! Haha.…

I put down the weight I'd be "happy" at, a weight I was before I did my back in and met my partner, and used to love how I looked. Once I get to that weight I'm planning to re evaluate, and maybe set it a little lower. I'm enjoying this lifestyle change however, so I don't foresee any problems in maintaining it.

Welcome, this is the first time for me also doing a controlled calory diet. I have however put on a lot of weight since I fractured my back, I used to be quite small, and want that again! I only started yesterday so fresh off the boat too so to speak.

I think part of the problem, where I gained the most weight, was when I fractured my back from a fall off a horse. I think I gained like 5-10 kg (don't know for sure) just in that short time period alone.
