I have had a rough month or so :explode: ! Been looking for something to help me get back on track. Found a book called "The Spark" today at Barnes and Nobles. What grabbed my attention is the goal setting, which is something that I teach to college students and basketball players, and I do a little with my dieting. Has anyone read and are a member of the SparkPeople website? I am so in love with MFP and was trying to make the two fit together. I am not one of those that can structure something alone. I must have a support team and a game plan and like it better with the help of others.
Thanks for any insight you can give.

I recently set up my account at Sparkpeople.com but haven't had a chance to check it out much yet. :smooched:0

I made an account there before I came here, and I found it really confusing, and beyond complicated. This is a lot easier for me0
