I ended today at 494 from my dance class. I mentioned above that I did not have a calorie count for 12/3 or 12/4 as I did not have a chance to work out.

927 for today! Sorry I haven't checked in recently - this week has been really crazy and I wasn't able to work out Monday on Tuesday. I have my workouts scheduled for the rest of the week and after Friday my life will be much more normal!

I have 1487 from Saturday (65 minutes of Elliptical and 40 minutes of Just Dance 4). I don't have anything to report from Sunday, unfortunately (lazy day). Would you prefer that we post here daily with our calorie counts?

I feel like the worst teammate right now! So first of all, I only did 465 yesterday. Saturday: 568 Sunday: 376 Today: 619 Sorry for the lack of check in this weekends... For me, I tend to have higher burns during the week rather than on the weekends, and I'm also moving on Friday so I will probably be burning quite a lot that day. Otherwise I can plan my workouts around the days that we choose.

Also regarding a rest day, it doesn't matter to me - I usually plan my workouts around this schedule anyway. But I do like the incorporation of guilt-free rest days, even though I'm probably going to at least walk anyway :)
