Maybe your not eating enough. If your working out maybe your not getting enough fuel to your body and your body is shutting down in starvation mode. Sometimes you just have to adjust your meals to see what works for you!

What kind of shoes do you have? I found if I didn't spend a little extra on tennis shoes that worked well my lower back killed me. But since paying a bit more and having them fit better my back doesn't hurt near as bad! Just a thought!

I wouldn't worry about the scale. If people can tell and you can see a change in how your clothes are fitting. that is wonderful!!! You just keep on what your doing!. everyone is different and bodies are different and some weights I would think would be better than NOTHING at all.

I just use the pumpkin and the cake mix. If I use the spice I add pumpkin spice to it to make it a bit spicery or a few nuts. Also I put chocolate chips in the chocolate one and they are AMAZING!!!!!!!!

I usually cook mine on top of the stove a chicken breast or two (for later or the next day). I put spices I like in it (trying not to use a lot of sodium things) I use Cumin, cayenne pepper, thyme and sometimes some rosemary if I feel like it I put in a dash of salt. I cook my chicken first then use the broth to cook my rice in. I probably wouldn't do the rice with the chicken unless it was a crockpot and it cooked slow all day and it was good and hot. You can buy it at some Wal-Marts (but in the pharmacy section) and GNC I know carries it. I loved doing it. I put it in a little glass of water and drank it every morning. It does help with Blood sugars!!!!!

You can also add a white soda to a angel cake too. (never tried it but a friend of mine did it all the time! I have also used the pumpkin/cake mix. I like it in chocolate and white or spice cake and add my own spices on it like pumpkin spices! YUMMY!!!!
