Hey, just read your blog. Two years ago I was told by my doctor to lose the weight or expect a short life. I have been on this site for over 700 days and lost nearly 90lbs. Would be glad to help you

I have had the same problem, it could be that you are building muscle, remember muscle weighs twice as much as fat. The body goes through stages where you lose and then nothing for awhile. Nothing to worry about. :smile:

It does not matter when you exercise it still counts. Although they do say training first thing in the morning is better. However we all live in a world of shift work or working different hours so we have to fit it in when we can. ????

Hi I am 54 and cycle up to 300km per week, I tend to alternate between cycling on road and on my mountain bike. Cannot believe how much I have turned my life around ????

Had a medical two weeks ago, my pulse rate was 34 at rest. the doctor asked me to go exercise and then take a reading 5 minutes after training which I did, it read 37. OK you need more information I cycle 300 km a week. when I was ver weight my pulse was 75. Have never felt better.
