I would recommend a summer time tough mudder if you do one. It was like 35 degrees and raining when I ran mine thought I was gonna die of hypothermia lol. Other than that it was a really cool experience and i'm glad I did it!

Incredible! Congratulations!!

I started out at 412lbs and basically the only think I could do was walk. Eventually worked up to the elliptical then took up running as my fitness improved.

The feeling of accomplishment after i'm done. Also that moment when you realize that you're a little bit faster or stronger than you were the week before.

My revelation was that my body could be pushed a lot farther than what my mind wanted to go. Once I convinced myself that I could keep going well past the point that my mind told me I need to quit, I found myself accomplishing things I only dreamed of doing.

I was over 400 pounds when I started. Didn't really use a training plan just started out walking a mile every day then slowly just tried to start running as far as I could till eventually I could run a 5K then started working on my speed. Good running shoes are a must go to a running shoe store and get fitted you won't…

My First race was last year and it was 36:36. I'm currently in the 25 to 26 minute range now. I say do it! Don't worry about time Just completing the distance is a big accomplishment!

You can do it! I was once weighed almost 300 pounds when I began training for my first 5k and by the end of that year not only did I run a 5k I also completed my first half marathon.
-
Way to go! Runners high is no myth. I used to hate running as well. I didn't get my first runners high until I started pushing my distance above the three mile mark, but eventually it will happen.

Start slow and work your way up. Run in short intervals at first. I was 400 pounds and could barely walk a mile and with in my first year or two of running I completed my first half marathon. So if I can do it anyone can! Also a good pair of running shoes really help as well!

Doing a set of squats one time and didn't have the little clamps on that hold the plates in place. Well the weights on the left side worked their way off the bar and needless to say instantly the weights right side fell off also. I had about 225 lbs on the bar so it made a little bit of noise when the ground and definitely…
