Yes, I actually had the same problem. The phone app doesn't work for me when changing my weight, I have to go in and change it on the web version or it doesn't get entered properly.

A little snack might help. Something healthy. Otherwise, instead of a big bag of chips, can you find a small bag? Do you have almonds nearby? That's my go to snack when I'm at work.

I don't know if it was said already but I HATE 'blouse' and 'slacks.' I very much dislike how the word blouse makes my mouth feel when I say it, as weird as that is, and the word slacks just annoys me. Call them pants, end of story. :noway:

Welcome! I lost about 45 pounds but wasn't quite to my goal when I slowly started putting about 30-35 pounds of what I loss back on. And now I'm really struggling so kudos to you and good luck! Sounds like things are working out for you so that's awesome!!! :)

Try you tube-ing Tone It Up. Its 2 girls that have all kinds of videos for various workouts and such. I've used it a number of times. They are pretty peppy and give you a pretty decent work out. Matter of fact, you could probably you-tube any kinds of exercises/workouts or fitness gurus on You Tube.

Get up and go for a walk. Read a book. Do research on the internet. Pick up a hobby. Just keep busy! Drink some water and chew a piece of gum. :)
