Yes. P90x and insanity both. The trick was I had to increase my protien and make sure I net 1200 calories a day to get through it. I know why your protien is lower, but it really is important.

I did body revolution. I lost 10.5 inches from my body and 12 lbs. It was a good program, it constantly changes up the routines so you do not get bored. I gained muscle mass doing it too. My body looked a lot better by the end....but alas the journey continues.

That seems like way to low a weight with way too many reps.....time consuming with little productivity. Always lift the same weight with both arms, they will even out.

p90x legs and back....then I sat crossed leg in my office chair after for about 15 minutes....when i got up I fell over from the no blood/p90x pain....at least I just laughed at myself.

I have mixed feelings. I am a huge hockey fan, not just my Leafs, I watch every team and player when I can. But the way things went down have me angry as a fan. I know I will end up watching and caring.....but I feel a bit like that too ^^

for straight up running I wear mizuno minimal and love them for insanity and other workouts I wear new balance because they have better side to side supports as well as running support.

heart rate monitor is best. A high intensity insanity workout is usually 100 calories every 10 minutes, can be higher....if your intensity was not full out could be lower.

Suck it up. You have a schedule, follow it. Do not let yourself think about it. While the workout is happening, no thinking, just doing. And make sure you are eating enough, especially protien, getting rest, and taking care of yourself in other areas of your life too.
