I'll have an iced coffee from work (McDonald's) when I'm on my break like once or twice a week. I put nonfat milk and lots of splenda in mine though instead of creme and liquid sugar.

I work at McDonald's too (crew chief) and I either do open to 2 or 6 to 2. It's not hard for me to get to the gym after work, but what is hard is not eating so many of my calories for breakfast. I HAVE to eat before work and that's usually like oatmeal and then when I go on break at 9 I eat again. Honestly I don't think…

Off topic but my mom totally used to work for them.

My dad grows tomatoes in the backyard which are usually pretty good. Also, we have wild strawberries (that are tiny) that grow back there too; they're delicious and so much better than store-bought ones.

thanks!

I usually go to the supermarket right before and get like two little things of fresh raspberries. They're not noisy and you can "snack" on them since they're small. I just shove 'em in my purse and no one even has to know.

Ha, same. I'm a manager at McDonald's and certified in food safety, and while I would NEVER serve a customer something with a hair in it, if it happened to me I would just pick it out.

must try!!

Seems pretty not piggy at all.

In order to gain 5 lbs you would have had to drink/eat 17,500 excess calories. It is most likely just water weight and will come off soon.

I just started drinking soy (the Silk Light kind) and I will never go back. It's fewer calories, and tastes soooo much better than dairy milk. I like the nutty flavor.

Whoa, you need to eat more. If you're only eating 1700, and then burning 1500 from exercise, you need to eat more to make up for what you burned off.

I weight myself every morning. I know they say not to do that, but for me it just works better. I find that I keep myself more on track if I weigh myself everyday. Once a month is a long time, though. Maybe try every two weeks?

Haha, I have one of the Weight Watchers scales and it does the same thing. I ALWAYS always always grab like something heavy before I actually weight just my body.

I love the Fortifx protein bars! They are like triple baked or something and have 30 grams of protein. There's 3 different kinds and they are all delicious. You can get them at GNC.

I started doing Weight Watchers back in the beginning of January and I have lost 21ish pounds since then...About 2 or 3 weeks ago, I started doing MFP as well. I find when I log my points on WW and my food on MFP, the calories come out to near where they are supposed to be. I guess it just depends on how strict you are…
