I suspect that is quite normal I have only been doing this for a couple of weeks and when I looked at someones diary it said 1 cup (of what ever it was) for lunch, my eyebrows almost hit the roof. In my opinion the low fat options would be much better for you than saving calories to use there. Mainly because of the saturated fat and its artery clogging qualities. I am assuming they stay even if you lose weight or do not gain weight??? Having said that I have only been on this for a few weeks and would not trust…
