    Hi I'm 28 and 161cm. I'm just curious what the goal weights of other ladies (around my height) were or if you have a goal body fat % what is it ? Just 4 fun thanx :D

    How do you know what your body fat percentage is verses muscle etc????

    I'm 52 yrs old, 5'3" and currently weigh 129 lbs. My BMI is normal, my blood work is excellent and my energy level is sky-high! I've always had trouble maintaining - so my current goal is to maintain this number (give or take a couple of pounds.) Everyone is very different in terms of the number on the scale - you must go by how you feel, how your clothes fit and what's manageable for you.

    I'm currently at about 143, down from a starting-weight of 178 :smile:

    I'm 5ft 3 in and 70 yrs old. Right now I want to get down to 165lbs (started at 182lbs). When I get there, I will see if I want to lose more and also see what my Dr. says. The older you get the harder it is to lose, but it can be done. With all my medical problems, it is hard to do exercises, but I do try to do stationery bike for 25 mins every other day and walk for 20 to 25 mins on the in between days. It will be a slow process but I'm hoping to reach the 165 lbs. by middle of Nov.
