Seems to work well in curries. I eat tofu also but by the sanitarium pre-made products because I have not know what to do with it and they seem to flavor it well. Sausages and curries etc But I will be following this thread also to see what I might try *going it alone* I have grated it and made rissoles out of it before.

Yes it is always a photo that is my inspiration for weight loss. At least you have made the decision at 70kgs not 170kgs. At my height my top weight is 60kg before I start looking ugly. That's a good idea hold your nose and drink it lol. You could mix anything with it that you liked to hide the flavour then. Although I don't know why but when eat like that I don't find it filling, but would be great as a sauce for pasta.

When I started I weighed in on Fridays. But when I finished logging for Sunday it told me that I was under/over my weekly net calories allocation. So I now weight in on a Monday morning treating that as a new week. :-)
