Wait, are we supposed to weight meat before or after we cook it?

I too had the heaviest period I’ve ever had post vaccine and it went on for nearly a month. Not fun but also seems like a fairly common side effect of vaccines. I added an iron supplement to my regime just in case.

take a couple of ibuprofen and just do your best. If you can't make it all the way through, or just do every other move--that is better than doing nothing. It does get easier and you will heal--I promise. Remember that you are hurting because your body is changing :) and that is what we want, right? hang in there!

I will do the video primarily but I also try to get 10000 steps in each day too. The workout was 1100 steps, so that helps :) we are doing a step challenge at work.

Survived day 1, didn't have to modify much. Feeling good i got up at 5:30 to work out-that is the battle for me! Looking forward to results similar to what i had last time-i lost 7 inches in the 30 days. Woiuld love to do that again! Will do measurements tonight :) first day down all!
