My patio out back is filled with my kids chalk dust EVERYWHERE and it keeps getting tracked into the house, which is making my crazy but too lazy to go out in the cold and clean it up!!!!!!

I just took measurements and I am about the same. Maybe if I re adjust some eating habits and add more fruits and veggies it will help. Thank you for your advice. ;

I too have the same issue. My mom also had the same thing, but worse. She had a very sucessful tummy tuck. She had a lot of problems with infection and was in a large amount of pain after surgery. I too wish I knew of something to help.

I too love my boobies!! Would be lost in life without em!!! My hubby calls me Dolly Parton. I dont mind, that is flattering. That is one thing I dont want to change about my body. I just finished Day1 Level1 of the shred. I also do the eliptical or stair stepper for 45 minutes. When we fill out our excersice for the day, how do we describe the 30 day shred? Is it cardio?

I too have noticed that the protein allowance is very low. Seems like each day im over by a few points.
