Each time I go, my grocery list is:

    Onion
    Various beans
    Flaxseed
    Old fashioned oatmeal
    raw almonds
    tofu
    one veggie meat

is there somthing special about purdue chicken? i dont get it.

I buy "Smart Chicken". It's vegetarian fed (as a chicken should be) and air chilled (less opportunity to spread bacteria amongst chickens).

    oats
    peanut butter
Healthy Life light english muffins (HL is the only brand I've found that I actually like the taste)
    tuna
    salmon
    boneless, skinless chicken breast
    brown rice
    broccoli
    apples
    bananas
    string cheese
    almonds

Those are a few that I can think of right off hand. I tend to get into a groove for a month or two and then I sort of switch things up. Right now I'm all about the Peanut Butter Oatmeal for breakfast:)

What is peanut butter oatmeal...I'm assuming this is homeade? Share please!

Hummus (and whole wheat pita) every time I go.

Speaking of, I need to make a mid-week grocery store stop for a tomato, avocado, and some strawberries.

i know rice noodles are awesome.

They're made from tofu. I've only gotten House Foods brand, and they come in spaghetti, angel hair and fettuccine style. Don't smell them when you open the package! Just a warning.

I don't see anything different from my list that other people posted, so I won't post a list. I think someone asked what Wasa crackers are. They're a crispbread. They come in different flavors and they're about 40 cals. I don't know about the others, but the whole grain ones don't have any added sugar. I used to have one with a lite laughing cow cheese wedge spread on it as a snack. Great post with lots of great ideas!

    Total 0 greek yogurt
    carrots
    Ryvita
    skimmed milk
    and HUGE quantities of salad.

I have ordered some shiritaki noodles from Amazon, hope they turn out to be as good as everyone says, as it's not a cost effective way of shopping!
I am a very boring eater.
