  • Thanks for sharing. I need to hear this.
  • This is incredible! W:smile: hat an inspiration for everyone! It can be done.
  • I would love to go on this journey with you and your husband. I have lost 45 pounds in the last year, only to gain back about 20. How demoralizing! I am stopping this downward slide now so I am not in the position to be complaining about gaining it all back plus some. I am doing a combo meal replacement and calorie, carb…
  • What is the shred????
  • The Body Bug or GoWearFit is a great tool, however, be careful. I had a reaction to the nickel and can't use it without my skin breaking open. So, if you have allergies, this is not for you.
  • Which elyiptical do you have? I have been thinking of getting one, but not sure which brand to go with.
  • I am with you! These questions are annoying. I did not know there was a Wi Fit Plus. I tried the Wi Active, but it is too hard on my knees. Have you done the Wi Fit Plus yet? I may want to pick it up, please tell us how it is working for you. You look amazing by the way, quite inspirational!
  • I don't think so, I have done alot of research and I have only found the Bodybugg and GoWearFit. I finally broke down and bought the Gowearfit, since I needed some encouragement, new level of commitment. I have only had it on for a couple of days, but I must say I am Addicted! It is amazing. I love it! I am down some…
  • This is for nucond, WOW, what an inspiration! Losing 140 pounds! You help me know I can achieve my own goal. When I started this path I had about 100 pounds to lose. I am almost half way there and the past few weeks I have lost my direction. But today I am rearranging my brain cells and getting back in the groove.…
  • I am right there with you, I have lost about 43 pounds and for the past three weeks have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. I am rearranging my brain cells today and am on track again! Whew.
  • Thanks, I may break down and get one....keep up the good work on your weight loss journey.
  • Which one do you have? I got an email about the GOFITWEAR that is pushing their improvements. I work with some exercise experts who say it is all BS and don't waste the $$, but I would love to know what my metabolism is doing, since I believe it is mostly in a coma. LOL
  • If I get on the treadmill and up the elevation, I can get up to 500 calories in an hour. If I do the recumbant bike at a high difficulty, I can get 700 in the same time period. I am more exhausted after the treadmill, so who knows what is really accurate?
  • Congrats!! Way to Go! I have lost 25 pounds too, but I am a far way off from my goal...I do feel so much better already. I am envious of you! Great Job!
  • I love tghe hoola hoop too! Also the yoga workout. A million years ago I used to do yoga every day (when I was thin) and it kept me limber and relaxed. The Wii FIt has got me back into this and it has really helped my back and neck issues. And the hoola hoop is a real workout. The balance tests are very helpful to see how…
  • That is awesome! I wish that was all I had to lose!

  • The BMI calculation says I need 1700 plus calories a day. Are you saying adjust this up? Doesn't the site make the calculations for you depending on your weightloss goals per week? In the past, the only way I have ever lost weight (and I have lost a ton) is with extreme low carb and mega exercise. I know I can't sustain…
  • OK I am stumped! I have been faithfully logging all my food and keeping it to 1200 calories a day, with up to 1 to 3 hours of exercise a day. I am eating the calories I earn with all that exercise. I figure my metabolism needs reving up. I am NOT losing. Help.
  • I like the Pure Protein bars - you can get them about anywhere, in bulk at Sams. They taste good I think.
  • Yes, you can. I work with a woman who lost 170 pounds on a 1200 calorie diet plus exercise. It took her a year. She has kept it off for 3 years so far. She was on Good Morning America recently. She is such an inspiration to me as she is just a regular person who was really overweight. I need to lose 100 pounds too and am…
  • Great information. Thanks for sharing,
  • May will be here before you know it! You are lucky to have found someone you love and he feels the same. AND you have already lost so much weight! Stay strong, time passes quickly and soon you will be together.
  • Good point. I used to do ediets but then they revamped their site and I gave up. I really like MFP. It is well designed and easy to use. How do they pay for it???
  • I totally agree! This would be a great idea. Maybe someone from the show will read this. With no pressure to be voted off, the challenge would be to see who would stay motivated.
  • I thought it was very cruel after only one week to send these people home. However, there is hope for returning. Has anyone signed up for the Biggest Loser Online Club??? If so, has it helped??
  • Tami, just saw that you have lost 132 pounds! Incredible! What an inspiration!
  • What great encouragement! Now that you have lost all of this weight do you think you will need any cosmetic surgery? My friend had to have a whole body lift after she lost 170 pounds. I really don't want to do this. However, my weight has been a lifelong issue for me. I am now 57 and know I mut conquer this once and for…
