I have heard good and bad things about insanity.... quick (ish) results, but a number of people I know didnt get very far because they have injured themselves doing it. As for running, just get out there and do it more... log what you do and if you push yourself a little to improve each week you WILL see results. Good luck…

I have the same 'loss' goal as you... I find it really hard to get past 10lbs, and at the moment I am back to a loss overall of 2lbs so would be interested in having a few people who are in a similar situation.... Support is always good!!

Really good suggestions guys, thank you! I also found the comments about carb content in the food I used as an example interesting.
