Thank you for the suggestions. I have looked at youtube for a couple of things but really haven't found anything I like as well as 30DS, so I might look at Ripped in 30. I have friends that are doing Insanity...ever tried that one?

I'm feeling better now, thanks for asking! I did Level 3 today and for the first time I didn't have to stop and rest. I even did the jump squats and rock star jumps (at the modified level of course) which I have never done before. I will do it this way from now on I think. I am going to start looking for another dvd…

Struggled today. I guess 3 days off isn't a very good thing. HodderAl...if I can do 30 DS, you can do it! I don't even do all the modified moves, but I get through it and can do way more than I could when I started almost 3 months ago. Give it a try! Happy Monday to one and all!:tongue:

Level 3 30 DS has kicked my butt for the last 15 days. BUT, today I didn't stop except to catch my breath for a few seconds!! Of course I modified the modified (a knee injury...that's my story and I'm sticking to it :ohwell: ), but I kept moving the whole time, for the first time. I guess I am making progress!!

I'm going to have to start wearing ear plugs when I work out...all the cracking and popping from my joints is so loud it's starting to hurt my ears! I never knew hips could pop the way mine do when doing those stupid pike crunches!! LOVE getting older :bigsmile:

Wouldn't it be easier to stay with this group and go another 30 days? I'm in! I didn't get the results I was hoping for, so I'm going to keep going anyway. I've been on Level 2 30DS for too many days to count, so I'll start over! 30 DS Level 2, day 1 here I come ;) Maybe in the next 30 days I'll make it to Level 3!!

I'd love to do another 30 days. I lose track when I do it by myself, so it has been really nice to have something to count down with. I haven't dared move on to Level 3 on 30 DS yet, I'm not even making it through the modified Level 2! So another 30 days and I just might get there!

Took yesterday and today off. I was seriously hurting every single place I could think of to hurt yesterday. Feeling better today and ready to get back at it tomorrow! I was feeling the same thing with level 1. I hadn't mastered it yet, but it was getting to the point that it was move on or quit. So, I moved on. I'm glad I did. It was something different and a challenge. If I were you, I would move on.

So glad he only took out your mail box and trash bins!! The weight will come off soon enough! I've been doing Jillian for over a month as well and mine just started coming off. I can't wait to see the difference in my tummy :) And thanks for the positive comments! :)

Since starting with this group and increasing my calories 200 over what MFP gave me, I have lost 4 pounds!! What a great way to start a Tuesday morning!!

Day 2 of Level 2 and I think Jillian is a crazy person who is trying to kill me!! :sad: I might have to go back to bed for the rest of the day! On the other hand I did more today than I did yesterday!!

I did Level 2 of 30 DS for the first time today...WOW! It's going to take a long time before I can do this level! It is a knee killer for me. Hopefully I'll get stronger over the next couple of weeks!

Moving on to Level 2 tomorrow...can't wait to figure out what burpees and planks even are ;)
