Awesome! I just started 30DS today! I have done it all the way through the 30 days before and got great results - but since then have been a big slacker and gained back all my weight! So starting over today!! Good luck! Its a great workout!

I would love to see some too! I also did the 30 DS and I am now on Level 2 Day 3 of Ripped in 30. For myself I can tell that it is working my thighs and butt more than the 30DS did (which is good for me since those are my problem areas). Hope you get great results...stick to it!

That is great results...I too am a twin mommy! Mine will be 4 in a week! I hate my tummy area but it is slowly getting smaller...I have done Jillians 30 day shred and am now doing Ripped in 30.....I would also like to get insanity! Keep up the good work. :smile:

so sorry I have not been on here, haven't been near a computer for the last few days! I have been keeping up with my exercise though and had lots of fruit a veggies! Since it is Monday I don't know if you can report my stuff, if you can let me know and I can give you a total for my fruits and veggies.

Hey everyone I got in my workout on Friday and stayed under cals. Saturday I did 30 mins of jogging and 60 mins of mowing the lawn (is that counted as cardio??) also stayed under cals! I will post my weigh in in a few!
