Hey everyone! So sorry for being MIA! everyone is doing awesome with great results!! I will post mine tonight when I get home! I have been sick with bronchitis (sp?) and bad sinus infection...so have been slacking the past few days but planning on starting round 2 of 30DS tomorrow!!

Hey everyone sorry I have MIA lately, I have been sick with Bronchitis (sp?) and a bad sinus infection. But I have been keeping up with my workouts and under calories! Still drinking lots of water (I know that is not the challange right now but figure it cant hurt) Keep up the good work ladies!

WOOHOO:bigsmile: I am done! Just did my last day of 30DS! I will post my stats later today (if I can find where I put the paper that I wrote it down on:laugh: ) I pushed really hard today knowing it was my last day! I think I will take a few days off from the shred and start over with L1 next week! I still have a way to go…

Well I don't have any type of exercise equipment at my house and I don't belong to a gym but I ran 2 miles today. Also got my workout it. Sorry I don't have as many miles to log as everyone else! Keep up the good work ladies!

Only one more day left!! L3D9 done!!! It was a hard day today, I am starting with a lovely cold that my darling kids passed on to me and it is so hard to do a workout and to cough through out it....I probably burned a few extra calories though lol:laugh:

:happy: L3D3 done! My legs are killing me....I just walked up the stairs at work and that felt like a workout in itself after all this squats we do!! Oh and I weighed in at 175 this morning! Lost 2lbs! Haven't been at that weight since last year when I started trying to lose weight and then gave up on it! Gonna keep going…

sorry ladies I was way to sick could hardly walk around yesterday, so didn't get to work out at all....though I did get my water in! (since that was the only thing that I put in my body yesterday!) Im feeling much better after a day of rest so I should be able to get the exercise in today too! Everyone else is doing great!…

Everyone is doing so great! I am going to try to get my Shred in today but feel like the stomach bug is attacking me! My husband just got over it and I can not eat anything...trying to push lots of fluids....as much as I don't want to miss a day I may have too! UGH....so close only 9 days left!

well I do most of those on Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, but I will make sure to add the rest. I am a bit under the weather today (think the flu is working its way through my house) so I am going to try to get in what I can!

Wow so level 3 kicked my butt!!!! L3D1 Done! Let me just say I have no ups! I can not jump very high at all and not sure that I will ever get those last jumps in Cir 3 to the advance level!!
