Do I need a DVD or is it written somewhere? ...nevermind. I Googled it. I don't have the DVD. Good luck though!0
-
I just started it today as well. Let's do this!0

As far as I know it isn't written anywhere (although, honestly, it isn't something revolutionary -- it is just circuit training). So you need the DVD and some lightweight dumbbells.Do I need a DVD or is it written somewhere?0

I just did level 2 last night, it was killer!0

It's only $8 in Walmart and one of the best investments you will make for yourself!! Highly recommend!!! It's fantastic workout!0 -
I would love to, but I don't have the DVD....0

ITS AN AWESOME WORKOUT BUT YOU WILL BE SORE THE NEXT DAY0

I'd done 10 days of level 1 when I had to take a break due to injuring my knee. So I started back on level 1 yesterday, might try level 2 tomorrow to see how I get on! I've heard levels 2 & 3 aren't quite so hard on the knees, so might be a good thing for me to move on! Good luck having Jillian kick your butts people!!! :happy:0

I would say it's totally worth the $8. I went to a personal trainer session yesterday (it was free but theyre usually 30-40 dollars) and I felt like the 30DS was much more challenging than the exercises he had me doing. It is like having a personal trainer! As long as you can stay motivated you will see instant results!0

I started back again yesterday .. And plan to complete it this go round ...any motivation would be nice ... feel free to add me anyone ..0

Mine is coming in the mail tomorrow, so I'll be a day behind you.

You can download it. That's what I did, lol. Student life doesn't leave you with much money left for things like these.0 -
I just started this morning too! Feel free to add me!0

I did the 30 DS Level 2 last night and it is a killer! You will be drenched in sweat but let me assure you will feel GREAT after the workout! If you don't have the DVD, it is available on Youtube.0

I did it in May of last year and it kicked my butt but it really worked. I did it three days a week and the other days I just walked and ran on the treadmill. Me and my family are doing a biggest loser together and i think I should add that DVD back to my routine. I pretty much just walk right now but I know if i add that back it will work wonders. It does take discipline but i think i will give it a go again. Best of luck0

I keep starting and stopping no reasons really but I really want to complete it! I'm in!!0

I'm finishing up level 3 now. 30DS has been a great series, so good luck to everyone starting it!
I'm on to Ripped in 30 next week0 -

Question... How are you typically supposed to do the levels? Just stay on one level until you feel ready to go up to the next? Or do each level for 10 days?0
-
Either or I think. I'm going to do each one for ten days. I love your new profile pic, friend!!0
-
I started it today too. Think I might have set my weights a bit heavy.0

Thanks! I am going to start it on Saturday I think.... I bet I will have to stay at Level 1 for longer than 10 days though!! lol0 -
I finished level one today, down a pound and lost a little over 8 inches. I did it religiously every day. Moving to level 2 tomorrow.
I'm using 3lb weights.0 -
