You can do it! I make a big pitcher of Crystal Lite mock cocktails and sip away. They have no calories, the flavors are Appletini, Mojito, Pina Colada and another one I forgot. Tastes like a drink without the alcohol :drinker:

Absolutely, enjoy it. I have found that taking the day off can shock my system and I have better numbers the following week. The harder I work, though, the less junk I eat on my days off. I do log it.

I just learned and I'm 43 lol the key for me was to minimize the movement and use my core not my hips. Before I was whipping my hips like a tornado and the hoop would fall to the floor :grumble: . Now I can work it baby!! :bigsmile:

Keep it up it isn't going to happen overnight. You have lost so much weight and the Insanity workout is extreme. I tried it and I know that for myself it is something I will have to work up to. I didn't want to compromise on form and risk not being able to workout at all. I am working out hard consistently 4 days a week…

If you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto fat to protect itself and burns muscle for fuel.

I have had the most success with the South Beach low carb plan. I don't metabolize carbs well so limiting them is my best bet. After phase one I find it much easier to make better good carb choices. :smile: I never got a headache and I only feel tired if i eat too many carbs. Do what works for you.

My kids are big now but when my daughter was small her friend came over and had a splinter in her finger she kept saying ow as I removed it and cleaned her up. I was once told would you bathe, wash your hair or clothes in tea or coffee? The purpose is to hydrate and "cleanse". So probably not.

My son who is so smart but either doesn't turn in his work in or turns it in with remnants of last nights dinner on it. My daughter who thinks she's far more grown than she really is. Love em more than words can express but I wanna scream right now!!!!!! :explode: I'm going to work out now instead of eating my frustration.

I like to roast the spaghetti squash until soft. While that is cooking I take grilled chicken and cut it up along with red, yellow, and green peppers, yellow squash, zuccini and black olives and cook lightly in a pan (the veggies should still be slightly curnchy) Toss the spaghetti squash with this add a little light…

It is possible that the sodium content of those foods triggered the migraine. It has happened to me. You have to either avoid them or really flush your system.
