I know, I feel guilty too but you have to remember that to lose you have to give your body a rest from time to time. The same as a "maintnance day" it helps to confuse your body.

The biggest loser challenge is great, also two others that get you sweatin' are the ufc trainer but it's for the 360 connect and the NFL combine for the wii they both are awesome!!

If you are not eating 1200 cal's a day your body trys to get you to eat by acting fammished to get up to that min. Plus if you have not eatin for a long period of time you will have a dip in blood sugar which your body wants to raise it by making you eat. Hope this helps.

I would say mine would have to be a burger, or a nice steak. I have found out that if I eat fried food it realy hits me hard, and make me sick, I had to find out the hard way.

It's almost impossible to see the weightloss ourselfs. Our brains are wired to trick us, I have the same problem. I can feel my clothes fitting loose, and my wife can notice but i think she's just being nice (lol). I have to agree with pictures or video.
