Any good instructor will give you the low impact and high impact version of each move, especially if they know they have new members. Being January I am sure you will not be the only newbe either. Talk to the instructor and let them know your fears. As the lady above me said it is all about keeping moving not about doing…

Nothing generally. A t-shirt if it is cold. Pants if its TOM and full on PJs, socks and even hat if we're camping and it is cold ;)

Treadmills bore me too, but if needs must I run in the gym unless I have a day off. As people are saying already, put an incline on so you don't kid yourself into thinking you can run loads and then get a shock in the spring. Also try and mix up the workout...intervals, hills, race pace etc so you don't get demotivated. I…

At least you are at the gym craving chinese and not on the sofa having done nothing all day. At the take away I choose the vegetarian option of the meat option I used to have and don't have any rice or noodles... the taste of the sauce will take away the craving without downing all the carbs. I never set out to have a cheat day, but always log them to see where i went wrong OR find out what I thought was really naughty I can actually get away with sometimes... x Stay strong and don't beat yourself up too much. minus 1/2 pound is better than plus 1/2 or an extra 5 days of naughty which could mean plus 2 & 1/2…

http://www.zumbacalories.com/ I get 498 cal for an hour at 11st 4...I work harder than this I think, but the only way to know for sure is to use a heart rate monitor...x
