Just wanted to post up a little update about 3 months ago i was hoping to start getting abs...now im closer to how i was hoping to start looking. I am leveling out now to start bulking soon but first id like to live the lean life for a while as i have never ever been thin :).

This is the start of my progress 230ish lbs :(

About 5 months later...down to 172 lbs

My advice to anyone looking for it....dont quit and dont avoid foods just learn to track macros and hit your protein and fats and push hard :)

About the end of august or start of sept at 172 lbs i felt like i wanted to stop....i felt id never have abs and i may just not have a body that could have them... however with friends on here pushing me and helping me feel better about myself i kept pushing and i want to thank them all and never been so happy with my body ( which is a huge step for me)
