I can see that working because it basically means eat like you normally do until 4pm, but after that eat very low calorie foods. That is basically taking dinner and dessert out of the day, but leaving in the after work/evening snack. Congratulations on your weight loss.

Yes it takes your weight into account when it calculates the calories burned. My weight was already loaded in. It told me I would burn 404 calories if I mowed the lawn for 60 minutes at my current weight. I played with the weight to see how much it changed. That number still sounds high to me though. I would say wear a T-shirt that fits well enough to not lift up during movements and sweat pants if you have them. Walmart has some pants by Danskin that are as close to sweat pants as you are going to get in the summer. Something called Dri-more.

I would say take the hit. Make sure the new scale is accurate with itself. So stand on it several times in a row and make sure it says the same thing. Then plug in the weight it gives you. Not all scales will say the same thing even if you stand on one right after the other.

I usually lose weight when I get sick because I do not realize I am hungry. However, I gained weight when I was sick a few weeks ago because I just felt like drinking Slush Monkeys all day everyday to make my throat stop hurting. I could have drank cold water, but nope it was Slushy Time.
