If I am trying to lose weight and need X amount of calories per day but am way under but don't want to eat late at night, what are my options? Do I eat anyway? What's a good snack? Do I need to make my calorie count or is it ok for me to be under?

What do you consider way under? And how often does this happen? I looked at your profile and it says you have 80lbs to lose, but your diary is not open so I cannot see how many calories under you are talking about. In general you are supposed to get as close to your calorie goal as possible. If this is a one time thing, it should not really be a problem. If this is happening all the time then making a meal plan ahead of time may fix the problem so you don't have to wonder if you should be shoving in calories when you are not hungry or thirsty.0
