Hey could anyone tell me how to go about my weight loss journey ?

Hello, is this 5kgs by the beginning of next month? It may take more that 3 weeks. Can you open your food diary?
I would suggest looking at the food diaries of the people in the success stories forum and read their stories to know what to expect along the way and to get meal ideas.
Other than that I would say add drinking water to your morning routine, and continue drinking water during the day. Make sure you have fruit/vegetables that are easy to snack on available in the home. Like the stuff you would get in a vegie plate or fruit plate. Find a form of exercise you actually like to do. Make sure you take your vitamins. Meal planning and/or using a food scale has helped some people on this site.
Make sure you don't feel like you are punishing yourself. Try and have fun with the weight loss.0 -
5kg is 12lbs ...in 6 weeks that would be achievable but possibly too fast
A guideline for well weight loss is 1% bodyweight
Weigh and log your food to your calorie defecit0
