Own it. Log it. Move on. That's been the key for me. Once I own it, I can get rid of it- put it behind and go back to my usual eating. Accountability. The kind that lets you learn and move on.

I make a big salad bowl every Sunday night and portion it for the week (I usually get 4 days out of it).
